Oysters on the Half Shell with Mignonette Sauce
2 shallots, diced
2 tablespoons vinegar
½ cup District 7 Sauvignon Blanc
½ teaspoon ground pepper
2 dozen oysters, shucked
In a small bowl, whisk together the shallots, vinegar, Sauvignon Blanc, and pepper. Serve alongside the oysters on a bed of shaved ice. Enjoy immediately.
